About Us

We specialize in buying, selling, developing and financing real estate projects. We consider ourselves best use land stewards, and believe that every parcel of land big or small has a best use. What does that actually mean, you might be asking yourself? We don’t believe that for instance farmland should be destroyed to make way for a residential development with no thought or research going into this decision.

At Land Rescue we do the research to determine if a subdivision is actually warranted. We conduct feasibility studies, rate of absorption and numerous other factors to determine the true best use of the land. We love tree farms, agroforestry and environmentally safe farming practices. We try to protect forests, animals and farmlands in every decision we make.
